Keep your blood glucose in as tight a range as possible.
People without diabetes have a range 4/72-7.8/134.for is diabetics that is considered tight range.Standard range is 4/72-10/180.I opt for somewhere between the two
Meds can affect your eyes too.Check it out with doc..If necessary change meds.

And see an eye doctor

Diabetics are prone to a few different eye conditions - Diabetic AMD (a form of retinopathy) is common, but so is Retinopathy in general, cataracts etc

Might just be tired eyes due to blood sugar (without real damage yet)

Eye Doc can best determine what the problem is and how to address it

But yes, great blood sugar control is the way to prevent all of those conditions
