I Was Diagnosed With The Beginning Status Of Diabetic. My Dr Said I Can Reverse It With Chang My Diet To No Carb. Can I Eat Sweet Potato?

Sweet potatoes are carbs.1 serving is 1/3 cup, about 15 carbs.
Most diabetics can handle 100-130 net carbs daily.
Some only 50,
Some only 20-30 net carbs daily.

Then there is me at 3-5 net carbs per meal.

What are you trying to do.
If you want to attain clinical remission try cutting your net carbs to 1 serving, aka 15 carbs per meal. This works over time for most diagnosed with diabetes.

It should work for you. Of not cut your carbs more, like me. I am in clinical remission for 3 years, no diabetes medications.
