Absolutely! Vit B deficiency really takes a toll on your body. After receiving the injection, you should feel the change in your body quite quickly, as a newly introduced diet high in Vit b takes a bit longer before it makes a difference :)

If you are severely lacking it then injection may be only way of treating.Taking bit B complex tablets could be ok if deficiency mild.Otherwise increase foods high in vit b in your diet.
