Most of the artificial sweeteners have no carbs. Just read the labels. Some of the alcohol sugars, those that the chemical ends in ol can have carbs, and can cause bloating and gastric distress.

Of the artificial sugars the only one I can tolerate in limited amounts is saccharine, the pink packet.

All the others give me gastric distress or hives.
I'm a bit different than most.

Sugar is very bad for you if you have Diabetes and most other sweeteners are bad for you also. The only one I will use is called Stevia and I may only have one or two packets a day. One with my morning coffee, and one in the afternoon in my tea. Stevia is not made from chemicals or regular sugar. It is made from a stevia plant leaves.
