Will the itching go away under a controlled diet. Last HB1AC was 48 but had bloods taken Tues guess will be higher.

High Sugars = damage to the small capillaries that keep the skin alive = itchy skin

While you are using topicals and antihistamines sooths the skin, the "cause" is damaging your vascular system

Get the sugar under control or itchy skin will be the least of your issues
