A 1/2 cup of Sorghum has about 60 grams of carbs and 1/2 cup of Millett would add another 40 carbs and that is just a cup of the stuff (not much)
So 100 carbs per cup - that is the equivalent of a glucose test they give you at a Lab to see how "high" they can jack up your sugar numbers
So probably not great choices for a diabetic
