Okay...since I last posted on this....for me...the 200mg once a day....HAS helped....a lot. I am having readings as low as 76...that hasn't happened since right before they reduced my insulin...
Last September.
I've also added a curcumin complex and changed to a whole food multi vitamin...
Graham....I thought it was a post by you that led me to investigate the magnesium.....if so...thank you

There is a few studies and they used between 250 to 450 mg/day (different protocols) and found that it "might" improve fasting blood sugar numbers if taken for between 6 and 24 weeks

(and that's why there is so much different advice out there)

So flip a coin - the stuff is good for you so it won't hurt - it's the most overlooked electrolyte and if it helps the blood sugar, that's a just a bonus 😁
