Soak them - warm/hot water and Epsom's Salts are perfect and then use a good moisturizer and keep them elevated when you aren't on them

If you have peripheral neuropathy in your feet,take care with temp of water you soak in- maybe don't feel it and do more damage
Other creams that work - sudacrem( heavy and sticky),cetraben( lotion or cream,lighter).
Massage essential oils like lavender, frankincense ,keep dilution low( added advantage nice smell)

@A DiabetesTeam Member I've also found that Vicks vapo rub, petroleum jelly, or Aquaphor softens and heals cracked heels. But it can make your feet slippery, so it's best to put on at night and wear white socks to bed.
