I've heard wearing socks to bed helps.

Cold feet could be a circulation problem which may or may not be diabetes related - I have had ice cold feet all my life, since the diagnosis of diabetes no difference (8 years now)

Headache is not a typical diabetes complication and inability to be able to fall asleep could be anything from stress to low melatonin levels

There three (symptoms) are not immediately related to anything diabetes and not in a cluster like that

Talk to your doctor - you could have multiple unrelated things going on there

My dr has told me I have cold feet because I'm hypothyroid. If I'm moving, my feet are warm, but at night they have to be covered or have socks on. If the feet ain't happy, Momma doesn't sleep.
