Why do you have trouble controlling your eating?

Perhaps you need a different kind of Doctor to first figure out Why you can't control it and when you Fix That the rest will become easy

We have to be honest here when someone says that.

Food does not escape from the fridge, tie you to a chair and force itself down your throat, it is US that decide to put it there

And it is that Decision that is the problem, not the food itself - so figure out and treat the WHY do if feel a need to stuff this in my mouth and then the diet will fix itself

Mostly Type 2 Diabetes is the Result of a whole collection of "Untreated Bad Habits or Mental Health Issues" we have never attempted to deal with or manage

And you can't Fix your Diet until you Fix the reason you feel the need to eat the Wrong Things in the first place
