Sorry don't know a thing about the APP - even if I access this on my phone I load the webpage through the Chrome APP - I had a ton of problems with the earlier generation of the (team) APP so just deleted it all together

My settings are almost at max already,but yes Nan it helped a bit.Its something the techies have done,it's not happening on any other app installed
Amazing it's cured itself- or someone has done something behind the scenes.It only affected my mobile,not my tablet
