I guess as a side note.. to perhaps lesson that breakfast fatigue is that the mornings I eat oatmeal.. is that firstly I use Steel cut Oats as they are much better for blood sugar control.. and just as importantly I spike it with a low fat protein like yogurt for the protein and then also I add Almond butter which is a healthy fat. .. and so you get whay the experts always say is balance the meal out with protein/healthy fat/ carbs(with fiber). And when im.lucky my glucose spikes 20 or 30 points.. and I also don't get hungry as quickly when I do that..which reminds me it's lunch time
.which don't skip.!!
Peace

Yes I'm diagnosed as prediabetic but yes certainly fatigue for sure and I notice it's most striking when my bloodnsugar spikes from 100 to 150 and then back to 110.. which is probably atleast once a day.. and yes its very fatigue (ing).¿I however have noticed when I don't get a
50 % change that I feel.much more vital.. so I think part of the trick is to try to avoid the dang see saw.
