Hi! My Glucose Was 130 At Bedtime Then This Morning It Jumped To 142. I Don’t Understand How That Happened. I Didn’t Eat Anything After 5 Pm

Thats right @A DiabetesTeam Member as @A DiabetesTeam Member said you need to eat weather you want it or not, our bodies are a complicated network. Protein and fiber will sustain you, lets the liver know you have eaten, but the protein and fiber will keep those numbers from spiking. Listen to Pandapat, she knows her stuff, good luck. Hugs Joyce

A snack with protein and fibre before bed would probably help.
Your liver kicks out glucose when you haven't eaten for a long while- thinks you are starving!!.
