The rice is cooked, just not to the point of being soft and mushy. It sticks together so that chop sticks can be better utilized.

A) what carbs raise your bgs most
B) what times of the day are you most carb sensitive. EG for me itβs last thing at night and breakfast
Iβm very carb sensitive so for the only strategy for me is to eat a very low carb diet with regular exercise whether that is walking or gym.
