Sucralose is a safe for diabetics. It is sweeter than sugar. It is also calorie free. The FDA says that the daily acceptable amount is 5 milligrams per kilogram of body weight. If you weigh 125 lbs that's about 56 kilograms you can have 280 milligrams of sucralose per day. A packet of sucralose is about 1 gram, which is 1000 milligrams, which means about 1/4 of a packet. If you use liquid Stevia( which I do) you can have about 48 drops per day. I never get close to that as I use about 5-6 drops in a 10oz cup of coffee. Hope this helps.
