Hi Denise, sounds more muscle related, then nerve related. If it was nerve related, there would be tingling, numbness, and burning, B12 is for nerve health. Sounds like fatigued muscles, there is a product called TheraWorxx, it contains magnesium, magnesium is a natural muscle relaxer, it comes in spray or foam, it's not just for the calves you can use it wherever you have fatigued muscles. I use a magnesium calcium supplement.
