My Morning Fasting Glucose Readings Is Always In The Lower 150s. Is There A Solution To Get This Morning Number Down.
@A DiabetesTeam Member
As @A DiabetesTeam Member suggested try limiting your carbs, if still high of the mornings you may need a evening medication adjust, just know Hkc is in clinical remission, and he always give the best advice 💙
For me it is a bit of a balancing act.
1)I have to severely limit my carbs.
2)I have to do enough aerobic activity to deplete my muscles of stored glucose multiple times a day. Then while sleeping more glucose makes its way into my large muscles.
Lowering my fasting blood glucose numbers.
Thank you
