Hi Christine721...if you are allow to eat vegetables a good salad with grilled chicken and hard boiled eggs. Skinny girl balsamic vinaigrette and red pepper croutons.
I used to love eating the Cobb salad from Chick fillet. But now I'm limited to veggies, salads, and fruits because of the high potassium and some that have lots of sugars. Have a blessed day 🙏.

@A DiabetesTeam Member hello I enjoy the thin rice cakes with cream cheese spread over the top and chicken breast or ham on top plus the packet coleslaw and with coleslaw dressing and some small oval tomatoes 🍅 and some sliced Continental cucumber and lettuce 🥬 with a little garlic Aioli dressing
