Try buying some sealskin socks. They are made for cycling and hiking I've got some they are brilliant. Look on amazon. Go for a winter thick pair

Around the house in fall/winter here I wear Alpaca Wool Socks - really warm

When I'm out in the woods (and sometimes in the house) - rechargeable heated socks all the way 😁

I'm told that my cold feet are more probably due to my hypothyroid. In any case, movement is one way to keep them warm. If I'm moving they are warm. Otherwise keeping them covered is the other way. Putting on a sock or a closed toe shoe helps. At night just putting the under covers works, or again, a sock.

Also I have found to use layers of blankets to keep the feet warm in the bed at night
