I Have Been A Type 2 Diabetic For 25 Years... The Numbness In My Feet Is Increasing Lately... Any Suggestions On Eleviating The Pain?
Change position when sitting. Don't allow lots of pressure on your lower back because sciatica can cause numbness also. Do feet exercises. Like you are shifting gear on a motorcycle or flapping your feet up and down at least 30 times per foot. Circulation in your feet can return that way. Pressure on your coccyx can also put numbness in your legs to your feet. You can now buy lidocaine spray or lotion to help stop pain if need be.

I use a foot spa with water jets, the water jets help the blood flow in the feet.
