Hi @A DiabetesTeam Member.
Control your numbers to the nondiabetic range of 4.0(72 USA) to 7.8(140 USA). Arrest the cumulative vascular damage from numbers above 7.8(140 USA).

Medications and doing some of the hard work by slowly cutting your net carbs. Keep your numbers below 7.8(140 USA). This will halt adding to diabetic complications and comorbidities.

Good luck.

I know how you feel. At one point I also got vertigo. I had no idea it might be connected to diabetes. In the beginning it was awful. But eventually it got a lot better, Medication does help. Be careful in the shower. I have to hold onto the soap dish and wash my hair one handed so I have support in case I feel dizzy. Or I could use a shower chair. Don't let it get you down. Get it checked and get the medication to help it

sounds like you need a medication adjustment @A DiabetesTeam Member. It's possible your eye problems could be causing the vertigo, along with high blood sugars. Have you addressed your DR. with these issues? Antivert usually helps my vertigo, but you need a proper diagnosis, and for that A1C to come down. Wishing you the best🌹

Try Soffran for your eyes (Amazon.com). It has helped me, when I was having issues, and I so far have no issues. I am not saying it will for you, but it did for me, so give it a try. If you can get the Soffran root, it's even better, as you can boil it and make a tea.

Where your Vertigo is concerned, I found this online.
There is no permanent cure for vertigo, with or without medication. To treat vertigo successfully without medication, physical therapy techniques, chiropractic care, lifestyle changes, and even supplements are all positive steps toward reducing vertigo attacks.

Hope this helps
