That is second or third stage Peripheral Neuropathy "most likely" since 50% of Diabetics will develop neuropathy

Talk to your Doctor about seeing a vascular specialist because at that stage you really don't want it to get worse

Near perfect sugar control - maintaining an A1C somewhere in the mid 5's or lower will "stop it" and there is virtually no other way to prevent it from getting worse

At this stage it's giving you your last warning - failure to act and it gets worse from there
