Does Taking Hot Baths Effect Blood Sugar?πŸ˜€

It shouldn't - if a hot bath relaxes you then it's unlikely you are releasing stress hormones that do jack your sugar levels

But as Joyce notes, since Type 2 is metabolic and sugar levels are effected by dozen of hormones aside from the stuff we cram in our mouth, it could raise, lower or do nothing

I use Epsom Salt also, it contains magnesium a natural muscle relaxer❀️

We are all different @A DiabetesTeam Member, it doesn't affect me, but it could affect someone else. I do think a hot bath will affect blood pressure though.
