In the early years of my diagnosis I was constantly getting kidney stones back,to back. I still get them sometimes, now.

Yes drink 1 5 litres a day, if you can keep your bottle with you. Not plastic please get a glass bottle with a cover on it so you don't bang it and it breaks. Just have to soak the bottle in water with a tablespoon of salt in it. Stand overnight. Next day fill it up start drinking at 8.00. Good luck you will feel better. Wendy

I recently went to a nephrologist for the first time. I have stage 3a chronic kidney disease. Have been diabetic for over 30 years and have a history of kidney stones, urinary tract infections, and yeast infections. Haven't had any trouble in a while, but he told me I have a kidney stone sitting on a little shelf in my kidney, just sitting there. I have switched to 32 oz of water 💧 a day now because I remember the pain of kidney stones and I don't want this one to move. ☺️🤗
