Do you "know" what the cause is or simply suspecting it's Diabetes

We can't blame everything on diabetes so you should talk to your Doc about your (symptoms) - could be low on Iron, or Vitamin B-12 - could be a bit of anemia, an infection or dozens of other things

You can't treat when you don't know what the cause is - assuming it's diabetes related could mean you are missing a simple fix OR you have something else wrong that may need intervention...
