I do experience sweating and shaking when my sugar's low. I take a couple of tablespoons of raw honey and a little while later I level off.

Yes, experiencing a racing heart at night can be related to blood sugar levels. High blood sugar (hyperglycemia) can cause symptoms like headaches, dehydration, and extreme thirst, which can disrupt sleep. Low blood sugar (hypoglycemia) can lead to irritation, sweating, confusion, and nightmares, which also affect sleep quality. Additionally, using a CPAP mask for sleep apnea can help manage breathing issues, but it's important to monitor blood sugar levels closely to avoid these disturbances.
