Hi Everyone I Have A Question For Those Who Are On A Low Carb Diet. I Am Experiencing Body Aches, Chills And Low Energy. Is This Normal?
I know exactly what you mean! Right now I wear sweats in the morning, change my clothes to lighter things in the afternoon, change into sweats in the evening put PJs on when I go to bed. Believe me, I'm no fashion model!! It's a pain in the rear end.
You're welcome.
Have you checked your blood sugar reading when you feel this way? That's exactly how I feel when my sugar's low.
I have been a low carb diet most of my life and I have never had any body aches or chills nothing like that and the only time I get sore is I walk a lot excercise walking around outside and up and down the stairs and that was because my potassium was really low hugs and prayers and I hope you feel better real soon
