Chest pain is not a commonly listed symptom of either low blood sugar (hypoglycemia) or high blood sugar (hyperglycemia). However, both conditions can cause other symptoms that might be concerning:

- Hypoglycemia Symptoms
- Sweating
- Lightheadedness or dizziness
- Shakiness
- Pale skin
- Headache
