Does Insomnia Have Anything Do Do With Diabetes?

It has many benefits, but 200 to 250 mg. daily is sufficient. Don't take to much. It helps glycemic control also.

I just started a magnesium pill a day, Joyce. I read that it's helpful.

Magnesium is good for leg a foot cramps, a natural muscle relaxer.

I get cramps in my feet, both at the same time, I have started taking my Magnesium Glycinate again, for cramps❤️
