I've been reading short stories. Usually no more than 60 or 70 pages and they are actually considered an art from.

Depends on what I’m doing. Reading is not an issue. My kids always say I tune out the world 😂 I’m still able to focus as long as it’s something I’m interested in.

@A DiabetesTeam Member Try to pick up a book and start reading. It's a very good way to escape, drop into another world and drop your woes on the way. I've always loved to read and my troubles seem to go away. If they come back, they're much easier to tackle.
