To record blood sugar, meals, and exercise, you can:
Keep a journal to track what you eat and how much activity you get each day1.
Use a printable tracker to log meals and carbs per meal2.
Add notes about medications, mood, exercise, and meals for each glucose entry3.
Download a free printable journal to track food intake, physical activity, and blood glucose targets4.
Choose from various log sheets and charts to record blood sugar levels, insulin, carbohydrate, and physical activity5.
