Has Anyone Tried Araam Collection Diabetic Socks For Foot Pain?

A DiabetesTeam Member asked a question 💭
New Jersey, NJ

I’ve been reaching out on different platforms for my mom’s diabetic foot pain, and Araam Collection contacted me with an offer for free socks to test and give feedback. They said they’d be open to sending samples to others as well—has anyone else heard of or tried them? 😊

My podiatrist recommended compression socks. I bought diabetic socks from Walmart. They're different than compression but very comfortable. Amazon has compression and diabetic but you must get the right size and your podiatrist can help you with that.

I used to wear very snug compression socks but because I would wake up every morning with leg cramps I attributed the cramps to the socks but now I realize it wasn't the socks. I do wear the diabetic socks and love them because they feel so comfortable but like Graham I'm sure they do nothing for the pain.

If they are "compression" socks they can help with neuropathy pain

There is "diabetic socks" - I wear them sometimes that are simply made with no seams (totally smooth) but they do diddly for "pain" - great to prevent blisters etc, but for pain you need compression
