I Went Out This Evening With My Friend, Ken, To The Diner And Had A Huge Cheeseburger With Onion On A Bun. What Should I Expect For My FBS?

I honestly cannot say as I haven’t eaten a traditional bun for 3 years. I usually order without the bun or do a lettuce wrap. Once in a while I will actually take my low carb gluten free bun with me. I use smart baking buns.

For me a lot depends on where you were glucose wise when you started your meal. If you. Started at 70 may high after that meal might be 190. But. If I over hydrate and take a walk it may peak at 160. But if I start at 120 I shutter to think where my numbers would go at the 2hr PP maybe as high as 250.

Yes. Where the mistake I made was that this burger was absolutely huge approaching a half pounder. Lotta fun at the time though but I paid. I'll take your advice for the next time, Andrew. Thank you.
