Do many of you take apple cider vinegar? If so, do you take supplements or the liquid? Also, what quantity do you take and what results have you had?

I took the supplements for a couple of years - caplet form

They slow down gastric emptying so you absorb the carbs more slowly - more time to react/deal with them which works for us because we are all at least a little compromised in that respect

But it's Not a lasting effect - take one and it works for that "immediate meal" and is lost all it's (value) within about 3 or 4 hours

I coupled taking it with supper to give me a little more latitude with that particular meal
