Any carbs raise my blood glucose numbers big time. 2 tablespoons of any carbs raise my blood glucose number to 12.5(225 usa) at 2 hours. My carb tolerance is 2-3 net carbs per meal.

Larry597... Artificial sweetener, white, brown or sugar cane are bad... honey would be the best but buy the imitation if you want to use it. But you shouldn't use any of these... it's up to you to do some research. Have a blessed night 🙏.

I love oatmeal but cannot tolerate the carbs. So since being diagnosed, no oatmeal.

Scooby, I googled (of course) and they said Monk Fruit is natural food and among the best so it came today and it tastes very good. Thanks for the feedback.

@Larry597I have been seeing those videos on oatmeal pop up on FB but ignore them. Face book is full of a lot of scammers
