I eat what I like but in sensible portions and at the right time of day then after I've washed I make sure I take my beloved Benji out for a good long brisk walk or take him to the beach for a good long walk weather permitting. My way means I can have sensible portions ofall the traditional "forbidden fruits" and my sugars won't rise to a dangerous level as Benji's long brisk walk will lower my sugars.

I agree with you, Scooby. Certain foods I don't keep in my home even though I love them because they will be finished as soon as I get home.š
