Mary, my feet are still swollen and for the first time in a long time I was worrying. I must seek answer for the swelling and also not let the worrying get out of hand because then the worrying will become a problem as well. I distract myself with work in the home and hobbies.

Stress and Anxiety effect your blood sugar negatively so you have to deal with it in order to deal with the blood sugar

If you can't manage yourself with exercise or meditation or whatever you should talk to your Doc about medication or see a therapist

Nobody wants to take meds or see a professional but if you are unable to manage a condition on your own they are the answer to keeping you alive and in good health

Diabetes doesn't care how hard it is to deal with physically and mentally. It only knows control which leads to a longer life free of complications or no control which always ends up badly
