Diabetes Hunger: 3 Ways To Manage Read Article...

If your question is "can it be cured" so that you can go back to eating pizza and drinking a case of coke?

That's a big NO

Can you "control it so well that a blood test looks Normal"?

Yes, that is called Reversal or Remission, but that is an every day battle, sticking with the program that got you there and a ton of discipline - not going back to eating Donuts after you "fix this"

It's a Lifetime Membership once you are diagnosed

And NO

Stuff on the internet is "supplements" if you are lucky, outright Snake Oil in other cases

The supplements are all the natural/traditional (treatments) before there was real meds that worked so well that everybody who took them "back when" died of Diabetic Complications

They "help" a little, they don't "treat" - if you need Meds you need "real meds", not cinnamon and bitter melon
