Lorna is right Rakesh. I'm on antidepressants. I felt so overwhelmed I couldn't get out of bed for months. My sister had to come bathe me, and prepare my meals. There is help out there if you just take it. I'm begging you don't end up like me. We all here love you, and care about you, want only the best for you. Just having someone to talk to helps. Wishing you all the best my friend💙💙💙

Sometimes when a person is down, it's always good to go for a walk & get a fresh perspective on things to help with emotions & sanity. ❤️

Good morning Rakesh
I am concerned about you.
If you have a Doctor who listens to you, I think it will be well worth asking him to refer you to a Psychologist or Psychiatrist.
Make a phone call to him and ask for a referral.
Diabetes messes with the brain and it’s not good to be left untreated.
This is a support group. Not a medical group.
So the support you receive here, will be from members own experiences.
A vast majority of whom, are on anti depression medication and have been for very many years.
It must be a terrible feeling to deal with that overwhelming feeling, as well as all the other diabetes complications.
I remember talking to you quite some time ago.
Please consider seeing a professional regarding this issue. Someone trained in the subject of depression and being overwhelmed.
You can get help.
One size doesn’t fit all. Every diabetic is different. ❤️🙏

When I get discouraged I try to up my time out doors forest bathing or working in yard . Also force myself to spend time with friends. Nature is my happy place and I crave time alone so socialization at times is lacking. My gram always told me to smile till it felt good. If you can’t do these things please seek a Dr advise.

Hello, I understand and feel this way at times myself. I try to refocus when this happens on the things I can control which is a lot. Hopefully, you have a good support system around you. Take care!
