Hi. I'm Joyce, and I have recurring yeast infections from anti diabetes medication. My doctor keeps a prescription for Fluconazole on file at the pharmacy for me. Usually 1 pill is enough to clear it up. Also, Happy birthday month. Hugs from Joyce💖

The simple answer is, try to reduce the amount of sugar in your system so that it doesn't end up filtered out by your kidneys and passed in urine which leads to the infection

Talk to your Doc about any meds you are taking that use that method of action to help remove sugar from the blood

If you get chronic infections while taking SGLT-2 class drugs like Jardiance or Farxiga to name to, you can switch to a different drug class that doesn't add extra sugar to urine

In the mean time you can eat "very low carb" - if the sugar (carbs) don't get past your mouth they can't come out in your urine - so there is an opportunity for a bit of "self help" if your infections are diabetes related
