In the past I have seen GI specialist, Orthopedic for frozen shoulder, Neurosurgeon for bulging disc and a Neurologist for nerve pain. I feel like I'm on the right track now. My numbers are good. Try to keep those numbers in tight range,to avoid complications.

Although it seems counterintuitive.

I say eat a 15 carb meal. Then check your 2 hour number.

Your blood glucose numbers should be more in line.
