Hard boiled eggs bring my blood sugar down every time I am type 2 and find that the more Carbs I cut and the more Protein I eat definitely make a huge difference.

Cut back on carbs...white rice, potatoes, cereal, pasta, sugar, breads, sodas and fruit juices. Drinks especially have a high carb count. I use the powdered drink mixes because plain water is just boring if that's all you have all the time. I still cheat sometimes, but not everyday. some things are just to hard to quit (bread, for me)

No carbs..no white bread or pasta nor rice. Eat those super veggies : chayote, okra & bitter melon. No sugary drinks nor cakes. Exercise at least 30 mins per day. Fir breakfast have only 2 hard boiled eggs. This will be a good start for the next couple of months.
