I am on Weight Watchers. If I stick to the daily points budget my FBS runs 90 to about 105. If I exceed it by much, then it runs 110 to 125. This has caused me to conclude that there is a relationship between how much I eat the prior day and my FBS the next morning. Graham Lamb did an awesome posr on what affects fasting blood sugar a few weeks ago. Check him out.
