Suddenly, in the last 2/3 mo, I’ve noticed that my heart beats super fast especially after dinner. I can feel it ticking in my fingertips and various places in my body which I’ve never experienced before. Come to find out that the rapid heart beats were a result of taking too much insuline, I was measuring this wrong all this time. I know it sounds dumb but I misunderstood how much insuline to take when your bloodlevels are high. Smh🤦🏻♀️ Luckily it better now. ❤️
Thank you so much for confirming my thoughts. I KNEW it had something to do with my insulin intake! My doctor never even mentioned this when I spoke about my heart concerns. This is why I do not trust family doctors! I now have my date to see a cardiologist! I’m so anxious. 😢
I have read a couple of articles that link insulin injection to rapidly increased heart rate if your body releases Norepinephrine (a neurotransmitter related to adrenaline that we produce naturally) but it seems to be quite rare
Agree, you need to get with a cardiologist since what is happening is well beyond what a general service Doc is capable of handling
