I Have Difficulty Finding Sugar Free Drinks Especially When I Am Holiday.

I have difficulty finding sugar free drinks especially when I am holiday. I ask for diet drinks or zero sugar drinks but this does not always happen. I have been told to drink water but this does not quench my thirst,I seam to need the feel of fizz. A list of food and drink suitable for Type 2 diabetics should be easy to find in a way you do not have to pay for it. Eating and drinking the correct foods and drinks should be available in print.

My youngest 3 grandsons wanted a soda stream machine, so they now have a commercial grade one, since Christmas.

I drink 5-8 liters water every day.

Mes 3 plus jeunes petits-fils voulaient une machine à courant de soude, ils ont donc maintenant une première année commerciale depuis Noël.

Je bois 5 à 8 litres d'eau chaque jour.

I carry packets of Crystal Light or the equivalent. I order water and add my own flavoring. Or you can get water with a slice of lemon.

Finding sugar-free drinks while on holiday can be challenging, but here are some tips to help you manage:

- Opt for Water: Water is always a safe choice. You can add a slice of lemon or lime for flavor.
- Look for "Sugar-Free" Labels: Many products are labeled as "sugar-free" or "low-sugar." These are often better options for managing blood glucose levels.
- Non-Liquid Options: Consider non-liquid options like lozenges, caplets, and tablets, which usually have less sugar per serving than liquid formulas.

By being vigilant and prepared, you can enjoy your holiday without compromising your health.
