After I saw the photo of my late mother when she was 80 and in an Aged care home - she was a late onset Diabetic too and she had lost a lot of weight and she looked great.

My question is do you want any help from me to get healthier and stronger?

Yes that is correct however I am firmly of the opinion that daily walking exercise is the best thing for most people over 65 to get fit and healthy especially walking fast
