I use cinnamon when my suger blood is high.I lick half of a teaspoon of powder cinnamon

Simple answer is you

You and possibly your doctor trying not to alarm or depress you allowed it to become uncontrolled

With the availability and variety of anti-diabetic meds available today there is NO Reason anyone should be uncontrolled unless they "choose" to be - there is always something else/more you can take

But if you are overweight, don't count the calories and carbs you consume and make adjustments, test your blood sugar regularly, don't exercise or don't get enough sleep then all of those are the "root cause" for it being uncontrolled

Do it yourself or do it with meds or do it with "both" but get serious or it will kill you a slow nasty death - and it's more depressing to die with diabetes than live with it....
