Sorry to hear about your Dad passing, that is always traumatic when our loved ones go. It takes time to heal from that pain so don't be hard on yourself. Just try and remember to take care of yourself. πŸ€—
I have a bedridden daughter and have been taking care of her for about 13 yrs now and have neglected myself that I am feeling it now as I am getting older. In February I got shingles and the meds made me so sick, it took a long time to leave. Then I got Covid lost all sense of smell and taste. Later My blood pressure was 216/147 Dr put me on meds but my body reacted to meds too, sensitive to a molecule in it and also in some diabetic meds. So now everything has gone upside down. Blood pressure up and down, heart rate 39 then 110 or more, diabetes not going well readings in the morning 8. Sometimes 3.9 when it is low have passed out a few times. And afternoon 9 or 10 and my RA is hectic too.
So I really need to do what I tell others.
As you having Lupus you need to take good care of yourself. So lotsa love and stregthπŸ€—πŸŒΉ πŸ’ƒ

Thanks. I'm really trying to stay focus. I was diagnosed 19th Feb last year. Was doing so well then last my dad. And it was like my mind stopped thinking of all the healthy diabetic friendly foods. And with lupus included in my mix and the cortisone it wasn't helpful either but I'm going bk on track.
