To begin with you need to advice your Dr. as it seems you would need a medication adjustment, and it would be wise to carry Gluco juice on you at all times. I am really concerned about your low numbers, very dangerous. The glucose juice will not cause huge spikes requiring extra insulin, best of luck to you, and keep us updated, hugs from Joyce🌷

I noted in another post you are an insulin user

That is "likely" the source of a week long low - you are possibly OVERDOSING yourself on insulin

If so that is beyond dangerous - leading cause of unintentional death in Diabetics is accidental insulin overdose

So if you are not dynamically dosing, call your Doc or a clinic or something NOW before you end up offing yourself in your sleep "tonight"
