Depends what you put in them

Add noodles or crackers or bread and they aren't good

Keep the levels of salt down, don't add sugars/starches and soups can be just perfect

Most of my meals look like stir-fry, eggs, soup, salads or some combination of the above.

So soups can be good if you cut the carbs, don't add crackers.

I made the other day chicken (breast) soup. Ingredients carrots, cellery, 1 small grated sweet potatoe, 1/2 chopped onions, broccoli, cauliflour and salt and pepper not to much salt. Served with 1 slice of toasted whole wheat bread.
The soup last me for 2 days. And was really good and tasty
